SPAR refuses to exchange defective items

Had to do another product return on a defective item. Only to be told yet again, that they do not exchange any item once the package is opened.

Really ****ed off about this, second time now I am refused an exchange for an item when I bought it that same day, AND had the till slip on hand to prove that I BOUGHT the product!
