Spar refind my money back

Hello i deposited 3000 in Acornhoek spar money market. On 10th only to find out their cashier punch the sender number wronly only differ with one number..so the mananger Tumelo *** he never called me as promised to call me the following day i made follow up he end up hiding when i come ..yesterday he called me and say his manager come and talk to the cashier he said we giv him wrong number how can i giv someone my own number wrong please help me to deal with this 3000 is a lot of money
