SPAR RANDGATE : Bad customer service

On Monday afternoon at 12:42 I bought groceries to the amount of R 319.22 from our local SPAR in Randgate Randfontein. Amongst the items a packet of 30 Peter Stuyvesant Extra Mild was bought and paid for by myself. Upon arrival at home I found that the cashier billed me for 30 but threw a packet of 20's in my grocery bag. I went back to the SPAR outlet which happens to be located 8 kilometres from my residence. I spoke to a gut called Manny who looked up disturbed and uninterested while I explained what happened. He did not greet me, acknowledge my existence in any way, frowned and pushed my receipt and the packet of 20's into the hands of one of the cashiers. She replaced it with a packet of 30's without a word. I at least expected a friendlier more customer orientated reception and a least a promise to look into the matter. I cannot help to wonder how many customers are being charged for something while receiving something cheaper.
