SPAR Ran out of lids again - #WIN Team slipping on loyalty levels

SPAR Customer Loyalty Program whereby Clients earn "stars" towards discounted prices for MSA Pots and Pans has resulted in the opposite than what was envisaged. While all SPARS experienced a larger than expected demand for these items, the SPAR at Eldoraigne Village introduced a black book for customers to write there details and which lids they need when SPAR nationally ran out of stock. SPAR Eldoraigne Team undertook to call when lids arrived - they did call but we could not answer - when we called back the employee told us sorry because you did not answer you were taken of the list. I took this up with the management team and they were, lets say not in agreement with with I shared my experience was. My wife and I registered (separate need) I neve received a call - even after management said they will. Then I saw lids in shelf - no call - when I had chance to go there again lids was gone - so perhaps is loyalty - that is not what one expects from #WIN brand
