Spar Radiokop Harassing Clients

I recently moved to the area, and joined the nearby (Radiokop) Spar's rewards program.

Like most, I did not read the full T&C's which obviously contains a clause allowing them to use your details for advertisment purposes.

I get smsed on a weekly basis with the latest specials and deals.

I have opted out of the mailing list by following the promts at the bottom of the sms for over a month now. - Apparantly it costs you to "STOP to Opt out". I have done this process several times and even got a confirmation sms saying that I have been removed from the list.

I have still not been removed from the list but have reached my boiling point with spam sms's from Spar that constitutes harassment and invasion of privacy even after "paying" to be removed.

I have blocked countless numbers from which I receive the sms, but the number changes with each sms, this is the reason I call it harassment.

ATT SPAR: I NO LONGER WANT TO RECEIVE ANY COMMUNICATION FROM SPAR OR ANY AFFILIATES OR THIRD PARTIES. STOP HARRASSING ME!!!!

I am not interested in a highly trained and s****ed response, I want my name and details off of any and all mailing lists from Spar.

Reviewer Update
Update on my review... It is now September. I have yet to hear from Spar with regards to this matter. I have still not been unsubscribed. I STILL RECEIVE WEEKLY SMS's. My approach is going to be as follows. For every sms that I receive from Spar Radiokop, I will fully load a trolley with all the specials listed in the sms (so 1 trolley for each sms), and I will leave the trolley loaded randomly in the store and walk out. I will do this each and every time until such time that I am unsubscribed from any and all sms, mailing (or whatever you want to call it) list/s.
