Spar products

I purchased a 10Kg Spar cake flour it sat in my pantry for about a week before I opened it only to find it full of weavels. I sent an email to customer care to tell them what had happened. The next day I opened a 2 kg packet of spar rice only to find that full of weavels, I checked my spar pasta that too was full of weavels I then started checking all my other pantry items nuts, cous cups, dried fruit, white chocolate curry powder, corn flour, risotto rice only to name a few all of which I threw awAy but I took the flour back to spar and explained to them. The lady said tome that as the Spar rice is not a fast seller there usually are weavels in the rice. She said that I must go and get another flour off the shelf which I did I told the supervisor that I would not leave the store until I checked the new bag of flour which I did and it was full of worms and weavels. I told them there was another bag on the shelf and that when I lifted the top gold of the bag there were some weavels there so they must remove that stock as it will contaminate all the other flours. Guess what after 10 days it's still there. I got an email for Thola from Spar customer care and was told that as I had returned the bag of flour to spar they would not send me a gift voucher. DID SHE HONESTLY EXPECT ME TO LEAVE A CONTAMINATED BAG OF FLOUR IN MY PANTRY TO CONTAMINATE EVERYTHING? I am disgusted with the lack of service. Everybody please don't buy spar products they are contaminated you will loose your entire pantry like I did.
