Spar pricing system not consistent

I bought some items on the Spar App only to get a call from Spar Les Marais in Pretoria saying some of the prices on the app are not their prices. They are actually selling on higher prices. What on earth is this? This is ********* and ******* on the customer. Imagine how many people experience this?l asked for a refund which was never effected. So unprofessional.
