Spar poorly service at witvield

My brother got injured at spar witvield square parking because the drain was not properly closed so he fell in that drain tried to communicate with the manager he told me that spar rented the area they don't own the square. I still reason with him to give me the landlords numbers but the manager still did not want to assist in that,
