Spar poor service

Poor service from supervisor @superspar mams mall will make you to hate supermarkets at locations.

I use to buy @sparmams mall until on 30 September2023 supervisor Ephenia said to me, "i rather go to other supermarkets than to bother her"

Being on a queue for 1 hour and be told that the till doesn't take people who are buying with cash, i then ask if i can be taken to other till as its been while wait. Supervisor said me "i must stop boring her an go to other super markets"

She also read the names of super markets at mams mall than to assist me. Where can we get help for such poor service by supervisor?
