Spar poor customer service and contaminated Stella Artois

Im highly disappointed with the Stella Artois product i had bought from Spar umhlanga Rock in parksquare. I had bought a 12 pack of 330ml Stella Artois from Tops Spar in parksquare umhlanga rocks in Durban, and the product had foreign particles inside the 12 pack which was contaminated. This is a discrase because it speaks to the poor quality of manufacturing of this product and quality control yet Spar still keeps it on there shelfs and are selling it to customers a a very low cost on promotion which means they know its contaminated and consuming a product of this nature could lead to someone in hospital. I had approached the manager today to bring the product back and got the worst customer service ever. Fristly i had asked if they can retrieve a receipt for my purchase i had made on the 30th of april at 16:44pm which i had swiped my Spar rewards card and the manager told me they can not do that for me i was supposed to come back on the same day due to once end of day shift cashes up all the information on the till register cannot be retrieved which i know is a blatant lie. I than showed her the product which i had bought from the store and a South African breweries sale representative was there and she could see the contamination and i also showed and sent her the vidoe of the other products and she than exchanged the product for me which the new product was also contaminated.Writing this review is not for publicity but to warn customers to watch out for the Stella Artois products they purchase from Spar. I've choosen to write this review instead of posting the vidoes of closed bottles which are highly contaminated.
