SPAR Plattekloof- Definitely not honest or forthright!!!!

I shopped online 18 July, 2023. Order was delivered without the one item, however & was charged for the whole amount. No calls, emails or a section where were forthcoming from them where I could request a refund for the missing item. Order number 76180 delivered at 10:15. I called twice & was promised that they would refund me in 2 weeks time. I called again & was once again promised that an email would be sent to their accounts & I would be copied on the email. I have since NOT received an email nor payment from SPAR Plattekloof. This is disgusting & disgraceful behaviour from a retailer…. Please stop taking money from your customers…..
