SPAR plastic bags

<p>I am utterly frustrated about the shopping bags or plastic bags bought when purchasing at SPAR at Lynwood Shopping centre. The bags are always torn as I result I have broken 2 items and this time I thought I should complain . I have never had such problems purchasing at woolies</p>
