SPAR PINESLOPES RUINS MY DADS 72nd BIRTHDAY!!!

After I have calmed down and managed the embarrassment and disappointment I decided to let people know the kind of service I received from SPAR Pineslopes in Fourways.ON the 2 April 2015 I went to Spar Pineslopes to order a 40X40 cm birthday cake for my father. I chose a fresh cream cake blue and white design. <br> This was SUPPOSED to be a very special birthday for my dad as he was diagnosed with Cancer and we really wanted to go all out. Husband collected took 2 venue. Sister called to say looks awful I drove to SPAR no help from baker, went 2 olivedale picked cake to make blue darker. baker said will stain hands I said ok its fine. Takes 35min its now 11.35 party at 12. take back 2 venue,went back 2 lonehil go back to veue LATE take out cake from box taste the cream SALTY!Called spar hysterical yes I used languages all CASPER says don't shout n swear me. NO help I go back 2 pineslopes get money and go hunting for any cake. THANKX SPAR PINESLOPES for pathetic inconsiderate behavior!!! the manager is useless and unhelpful. didn't even offer to give me a cake off the shelf. DONT ASK THEM TO BAKE A CAKE FOR ANY OCCASION!!!
