Recently went to a shopping center in kloof road area and toilets at the center have restricted access therefore I enquired about it at The spar pharmacy and was completely undermined and ill treated by the “white” male (assuming he was the manager) who further refused to allow his employees to assist despite having been told by the security guards that he would assist
