spar parow valley complaint

What terrible service at Parow Valley Spar. So yesterday after picking my kids up from school I ran into Spar to buy coffee.( Douwe Egberts) Today I sent my husband to return the coffee he had such digusting behaviour from the store staff. I know this because I was on a video call with him and your managers Meroeska and Karen point blank refused to refund us, even though the product was in the original packaging, unopened and with both the till slips. I stay in Churchill Estate so I have Spar Detyger and Spar McIntyre on my doorstep but I choose to shop at Spar Parow Valley. After today's pathetic service you definitely lost me as a customer and ill absolutely share my story on all forms of social media. Im so upset with your staff trying to hide behind "so called policy". Its not even about getting my money back, your managers didnt even want to give me a voucher for my refund to purchase something at a later date. I'm really ****ed off at this store, especially now with this pandemic they trying to make life harder. Thank you Spar Parow Valley for making 2020 even worse!
