Spar parklands , can't seem to get it right

Spar parklands, WC. Why do I always have to ask if they want my rewards card, ask if I could get stickers etc? This has been brought up to management multiple times, and the reply is always we will sort this out. After 6 months, no change. Cashiers at times don't even greet or reply back when you speak to them. Very cold reception in this spar.
