Spar Park Square unprofessional

I had the terrible pleasure of visiting Park Square today. After purchasing my items and leaving the store with a receipt , I was confronted by one of your employees that ran behind me out of the store to inform me my transaction did not go through. I proceeded to inform the person the transaction went off as I have confirmation on my phone from my banking app. I walked back into the store with her and she then said nevermind it's okay you can leave it. I continued walking to behind her to till and I asked her " how can it now be fine" , I said you screamed at me infront of everyone in the center like I stold from your shop and all you can say is it's okay? I'm sorry Spar? Is this how to deal with your customers? No proper apology after screaming at me public? Is the sorry going to make want to visit your store again? The behavior of your staff member is ridiculous and unprofessional, please address training and customer service with your staff members. I unfortunately don't have the exact persons name , mind you this lady wasn't even my cashier. Disappointed.
