Spar Park Square Rocks :-)

We usually are very quick to come here and complain when things are bad with a certain business. But when things are good, we keep it to ourselves. But what I saw today is nothing short of amazing. I visited Spar Park Square in Umhlanga Rocks. What exceptional service, I mean we've been so used to ****py service I have even forgotten what good service actually is. My biggest mistake was not getting the names of the awesome staff I interacted with today. Firstly, it was a gentleman showing me where I would get what I was looking for. I disturbed him while he was busy, but he assisted me without a fuss and was so energetic. Mind you, this was at lunch time peak hour. Then I went to the Deli to get something to eat, I was served with a very warm smile, and a welcoming greeting. Let me remind you again, the store is buzzing during lunchtime. But service is quick and friendly. The cherry on top was at the queue going to the cashiers. I saw how long the queue was, and I knew I would be there another 15-20 minutes minimum (not exaggerating). But guess what, this was the fastest queue I have ever been in, in my life, I kid you not. I hardly spent 2 minutes in that queue. Met a very friendly Indian lady at the counter and she even laughed at how wowed I was. That automated voice saying, "next customer, till?" was talking continuously. That's how quick this queue was. All I want to say is, well done Park Square Spar, you guys rock. Easily the best in KZN if not SA (not exaggerating, I even hate typing so for me to go on and on like this, it must be damn special lol). Well, done and keep it up, I hope this reaches you all.
