Spar over charging horrible customer service

If there was any retailer trying to do its customers in. It would be spar club view. Over charging by far. Dos spar not think that the consumer protection act , dos not apply to them. Spar baked bread R9.99 and 700gr dough white bread 16.99. When I asked the manager why they inflating the price. He wanted to argue with me and say it's a different tipe off dough. Please dont insult me like this. It's the same bread dough as baked. Yet you want to charge almost double. When there is less labour involved and cost in plain bread dough than baked bread dough. Is this how you insult your customers intelligence? I have a retail back geound. Run a store and all departments yet spar wants to insult people. Absolutely disgusting.
