Spar? not like this...

Spar in the Cape Quarter is a badly managed shop. Besides high prices, each time there is a promotion I have to prove and convince them about the special. This happened again today. If you give a review they answer that you must fill in a form on line that does not work. After they recalculated the prices I was still overcharged but was not going to argue over a few rand. This is unacceptable.
