Spar NOT 2 U

Don’t try to use the Spar 2 U app. It works fine but the person who packs the bags doesn’t care what you get or don’t get. I have used it many times and every time it’s a stiff up. This time I was charged for items not delivered and given different items than ordered. When I phoned and asked about products they had them in stock. Why then just decide to do it differently. My GF then had to drive to the store to pick up left out but charged for items. I asked for a refund on the delivery charges and reservation fee and that was agreed on the phone but then argued and not refunded once she was there.
