Absolutely horrified by the management and the staff at this so called family establishment.

The management team cornered me, and asked my why im using thier PUBLIC parking before asking me (a paying customer) to remove my vehicle. The situation was made absolutly more hostile by the fact that management asked a security team in the parking lot by the ATmS to forcefully remove me and my vehicle.

Also bare in mind, this parking lot is not exclusivly for spar customers as there are banks and a post net to be accessed from this parking lot

Absolutely disgusting management, no protocols and just plain rude and hostile. i will be reporting this incident to head office.

I have been purchasing from the spar daily and have receipts of purchases.

You would think spar would protect and ensure customers retention. However this spar does not seem to care. Personally i will ensure head office does a formal investigation on this matter
