Spar normally has excellent service but I have gone to Spar Weltevreden in Mitchell's a few times now and every time I've experienced bad service

Spar normally has excellent service but I have gone to Spar Weltevreden in Mitchell's a few times now and every time I've experienced bad service. I just feel that whether I'm shopping in Kenilworth or Mitchell's Plain I should get the same level of service.
