Spar no stock on babysoft 24 tissues since saturday

Spar have a special of babysoft 24 350sheets for R129.99 , but keep being told we are waiting for stock . They do this frequently whenever there is a special they put few things on the shelves then wait for it to finish ,suddenly they will be having full shelves . Why advertise something when you know your shops cant keep up ?
