SPAR Netball Fan Park Access Denied for Ticket Holders

Yesterday afternoon, I drove an hour from Tsakane to the SPAR Netball Fan Park (Centurion Stadium) to catch the 3rd place playoffs. We arrived at 4pm and we were denied access by the security. We asked for the Security Management to come and address the access us on why we being denied access. The Security Manager said he received instruction not to grant access to customer after 4pm(This statement is from Video one of my friends took and this video is available if required). My issues are : 1. The gate closure was not communicated prior to us. There was no stipulation on this kind on the ticket or on their websites. 2. Why was there no SPAR Management Organizing Personal to escalate this issue to on site ? 3. What's the process of me getting my refund for the 5 tickets I bought ?
