Spar needs to get it together.

I am absolutely appalled by this place. I went to get myself a Shawarma at the Kenilworth Spar on 20/09/2025 and i only started eating it at 01:00 am in the morning of 21/09/2025 cuz I have a 3 month old baby so time isn't on my side. Back to the appalled part. When I went to devour what I like to call a very good Shawarma to my DISGUST I found hair like HAIR on the Shawarma and I am absolutely sick to my stomach. The problem now comes to play when I take this thing back to Spar and they will not refund me whatsoever because 1 they don't give receipts for the Shawarmas and 2 they can say I tampered with it as I opened it. The hair was on the bottom side of the Shawarma. So Spar some compensation needs to be given here some how because I am absolutely sick.
