SPAR Modjadjiskloof service is very bad

The service we received from Johanna from SPAR Modjadjiskloof was the most hurtful and painful one. Why do women hate each other so much that they end up hurting women they don't even know?

On 24/12/2019 my sister and I went to run some errands at Modjadjiskloof and one task was given to my sister, Beauty. From September we have been collecting stickers for every R100 spent at SPAR. Yesterday my sister bought groceries of R1, 590.13 including R300 cash back. For this value we asked for stickers for every R100 spent. This lady, Johanna refused to hand my sisters some stickers, claiming ng she must bring the collection card. The rules do not state that you have to bring the collection card whenever you are shopping at SPAR,but for this value my sister ended up leaving the store without stickers. I have collected stickers from other SPAR stores without being asked for collection card. The store Manager's intervention did not help as the lady, Johannah still refused to give my sisters the stickers she deserved even after the Store Manger had asked her to. I am very disappointed in the way she reacted, we do not need women like Johannah in our country.

She was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.
