Spar Manager dont know how to respectfully talk to customers

So normally I dont this... But here goes. Ek is nou net so woedend. So I am at Spar Helshoogte. We always go there never had a problem, but this morning I went down the baby isle. I saw that the pampers is on special for R175. So I am looking and looking because it just says R175 no mention of size. So I called the lady that is working there and I took out a size 5 right from under the special price board and I asked her is this R175 and she she said yes. So I took it only to pay R299 at till. So I enquired and said but I asked and I took this pack right from under the special card and the lady say yes that is the price. Then the the manager or who ever he was sitting up there by the tills said but no the price is R299 which was fine by me but then I said but then you need to move that stock away from the special price and the utter arrogance and with disrespect he said he wont and I cant tell him to move it... Which really made me mad. I remember buying something at a PnP and paying more then what the price right next to the item was they immediately refunded me doudble the diffence. So I am just putting this on here not because I wanted a bargain but because this was utterly bad customer service. The words I wanted to hear was sorry that product is not on special and we will move it. Not you cant tell us what to do and we wont move it. I think SPAR HELSHOOGTE need to send their managers on a how to treat your customers course. I cant explain how furious I am right now!!!
