Spar mall @55 Nightmare
Spar 2 U delivery services.I ordered about 5 items at Spar mall @55 for their delivery services at 11am now its 2pm the app status still says collecting. I phoned the number on the app jooo nightmare the lady didn't have any means of helping me sort the problem out, she transferred me to the store directly. Then the store transfers me to another one then I got transferred again...the store was like playing hide and seek with me. Until I was given to a driver who said they can't print orders they have been having this problem the whole day. NOBODY cares to call me..I can't cancel the order and get a refund..since it says collecting.

29 Jan 2023, 14:32Store manager Patrick Quinn extremely rude!!!!! Does not allow customers to finish explaining their problem. First hang up the phone on me...then I called again he screens talks over me and say if I want to complain I must go to Spar Customer Service. How incompetant..I don't think he was taught Customer service at all. He knows no basics of Customer services I had to come up with the solution something he will not let me finish explaining due to his rudeness!!!
