Spar Mahikeng Ticket pro

I have a serious complaint about Spar Mahikeng, I went there several times to purchase a music show ticket, but could not get assistance. I understand that Spar is the only supermarket around that sells through Ticket pro. I even consulted with the supervisor, a man, who promised twice to contact me to inform me that the system is fine. Up until now, I'm still waiting and the seat at the venue are getting full.
