Spar mafikeng

Good day i went to spar mafikeng today i waited on the que for more than 30 min.When i was about to be helped the cashier closed the till not even telling us to use the next till.When i ask her why she is not helping us she told me that she is going to the toilet with an attitude.I asked her again should we wait for her or what she said she dont know with i' dont care attitude,thats when i realised that these lady by the name of tsheboeng motlapele that she dont know what is the meaning of customer service lack of respect.Spar mafikeng is lacking customer service period they dont care how long people stay in a que.
