Spar lasagne looks like oatmeal with raw pasta.

I purchased frozen ready to heat and eat meals from the SPAR, this is a SPAR branded product. Upon heating it, the lasagne looked like oatmeal. the pasta sheets were raw and stodgy, with watery beige soupy mess. I have a video of this meal. Spar was contacted, and took 6 days to call back. The unfriendly "customer service agent" from Durban explained that I needed the packaging, and till slip and bar codes with photos, to prove that this was their product I was complaining about ... she told me I could not return the other frozen meals, as I said to her I have lost my faith that they are edible. She hung up on me when I called back asking for email addresses.

Spar Parklands - this is the branch I purchased from - I called them now, they wont explain as they say they are a franchise. Alluding to the fact that its not their fault. Yet, because they don't personally make the food, so they are being ambiguous because as a franchise they are representing the brand, and purchasing from head office. I fail to see the relevance of them being a franchise ?

I have asked managament to call me back, but no one can give me an indication of when that might be.

Call centre for SPAR customer services isnt manned - are they too preoccupied with the looting ?

Anyone for watery grey beige food ? I cant return it apparently ... Dog food ? Bin it ? All this about a R34.99 meal. Customers shop with their feet. VIDEO up on my social media, yummy.
