SPAR LADY FRERE

Had a very bad experience in spar lady frere compared to any other shops there and its not the first time ..this past festive season. Cashiers have stinky atittudes, not neat & tidy as they represent the shop, when asking for a cash back they all dont want to give money to customers they need thorough training on customer service its really bad and just wondering if that is how they treat our parents (their customers) the whole year. Its really bad i was furious because some of us were once cashiers too therefore we know what's right and wrong. SPAR TRAIN YOUR CASHIERS! t
