SPAR KNOWLES BEAN TREE TERRIBLE SERVICE

This review is for knowles centre in Pinetown KZN. Everytime i come here i have the most harrowing experience ever! the service is so poor, the waiters have not been trained properly, they will ignore you as you walk in and sit down and continue to ignore you as you sit and wait. I had to get up and walk to the counter to try and get some service. A gentleman and a lady kept passing me and not even a glimpse to where I was sitting. Dare I say, is it because I am black??? I watched as they served the other colors with a smile, I just sat there feeling horrible. Please take these people for training, it is my 4th time coming here and all i ever receive is terrible service.
