Spar Klopperpark Abuse and unfair treatment by Managers and Supervisors

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my unfair dismissal from Spar Klopperpark on Despite my commitment and dedication to the company, I was terminated without proper procedure or valid reason.

I was employed as a cashier until I was promoted to HMR Department During my tenure, I consistently delivered quality work, met deadlines, and contributed positively to the team.

However, I was suddenly and unfairly dismissed by Mr Lee without any prior warning, disciplinary hearing.The termination was done in a manner that was both humiliating and unprofessional.

Spar Klopperpark Managers and Supervisors (Timone Lee, Monica and Eugene) abuse us as employees. When we are sick they don't care. Worst part my supervisor would demand a sick note and yet they don't even pay us. I believe my dismissal was unfair and any warning.
