Spar Kingfisher Ave

I love online shopping and the convenience of it being delivered, I guess this whole Covid thing made me more aware to practice social distancing. Now, I did some online digging yesterday, found Spar Kingfisher in Fourways close to where I work, placed an order, got the sms to say order received..... then waited....... and waited..... just before Lunch time, I phoned Spar Kingfisher to find out whether I can rather collect my order instead of it being delivered, I did not get the guy's Name, but he was very friendly and assured me that I could come through, I am sure he would be like a Manager of some kind. I got there at 12:07, this guy took a Basket and did my shopping for me. I was surprised to say the least, look, the picking should have been done by the time i got there, but he explained there was a problem with the emails they receive, so it was excusable, so I was standing around while this guy was doing my shopping for me. :-) What ever he was not sure of, he came to ask me, all good while he unpacked the things onto the counter for me. I was surprised again. All this with a smile. Well done Spar Kingfisher Ave, Customer Service has a New Name. See you soon. #WIN
