Spar King Williams Town - Dhaysons

I am extremely disappointed with the service delivery once again from Spar Dhaysons, King Williams Town. My order was scheduled for delivery between 15h00 and 16h00. At 15h30, I received a notification that my order had been collected from the store and was out for delivery. However, it is now 16h17 and my order has still not arrived.

This is now the second issue in one week, both for the same reason - late delivery. Such repeated delays are unacceptable and show a lack of reliability in your service.

I expect urgent feedback on why this continues to happen and what corrective measures will be taken to prevent it from happening again. A solution is needed, as this level of service is not what I expect from your brand.
