Spar Kensington franchise poor service

My family and I were on our way out and decided to get some snacks at our local Spar in Kensington. We bought some fresh samoosas and paid for it and as we were on our way to our destination transferred them to another container and were concerned to find we didn't get the amount we paid for. We tried calling them to advise them of the error and were annoyed that every call was declined when trying to correct the issue. This has happened far too often when trying to contact this branch. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. I would recommend that if you buy any hot foods there that you check it for quality and quantity before leaving as this is not the first time this has happened either.
