SPAR KENILWORTH TERRIBLE SERVICE

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO ORDER USING THIS PATHETIC SPAR2U APP. I PLACED AN ORDER USING THE SPAR KENILWORTH ROSETTENVILLE STORE. THEY TOLD ME THAT THE 4KG IS OUT OF STOCK SO I CAN ONLY GET ONE 2KG SUBSTITUTE. THEY LADY WHO WAS ASSISTING ME DROPPED THE CALL BECAUSE SHE TOLD ME THAT I AM FINISHING HER AIRTIME. THE APP TAKES AN EXTRA 10% OF YOUR ORDER IN CASE THEY NEED TO SUBSTITUTE YOUR ITEM. WHEN THE ITEM IS NOT THERE THEN THEY TELL YOU TO WAIT 7 TO 14 WORKING DAYS. IMAGINE HOW ****ED YOU WILL BE IF YOU USE YOUR LAST MONEY. I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR ALMOST AN HOUR TRYING TO GET HOLD OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER EVER IN LIFE ORDER FROM THIS APP EVER AGAIN! GOD MUST STRIKE ME DEAD IF I EVER USE THIS PATHETIC APP AND THE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SPAR KENILWORTH.

I called the store and a supervisor by the name of Lucy told me that I must call her back in 2 minutes. When I called back asking for her then I am told that she is not available as she went to the bathroom and she might take more than 10 minutes. What nonsense is this? How do you as a supervisor tell someone to call you back and when they call you back all of a sudden you're in the bathroom. Spar kenilworth is the most useless and pathetic customer service store ever!!!! Really disappointed and ****ed!
