SPAR Kenilworth poor hygiene levels.

We bought brown bread from the bakery section at the Spar Kenilworth in Rosettenville, main Street on the 21rst of June, only to find a coachroach in the bread, a dead, baked coachroach. After I had eaten almost half of the loaf. We then went to spar with the bread and then spoke to Mohammed and he took my number and has not done anything about this matter. He has not even bothered to get back to me regarding this. I have put in a complaint on the spar app and they have not responded. This is very concerning as our health are on the line. Disgusting.
