Spar Kasselsvlei Nightmare

I went to Spar Kasselsvlei on Friday evening to buy two bottles of wine. One broke while I was in the store having slipped from the counter, and I had paid for the wine already. The manager of the Spar Kasselsvlei dealt with me in such a despicable and humanly degrading manner. He used ****** slurs and condescending language he even went to the extent of speaking an African language when I was conversing with him in English. Albeit they had me escorted for asking to get another bottle of wine or my money back as I had not left the shop, nor was the damage due to gross negligence and recklessness nor was due to ******** conduct. Spar needs to account for this. The people that they employ are ****** in a democratic republic and lawful practices are not followed by the store.
