SPAR just does not care about their clients

I recently contacted the SPAR head office in Durban and spokw to Janine from the complaints department and lodged a complaint regarding one of their pharmacies where the owner is involved in *****elent activities and there is no pharmasist on duty regularly and the assistants are dispatching medication without supervision which could result in a serious consequences when someome dies through this.To date i have not been contacted from SPAR management.I was informed by Janine from complaints that they will investigate the complaint but how can they investigate the complaint when i have the evidence with me....SPAR does not give a damn and they have asked the culprit which is the pharmacy owner to contact me and ask me to keep this quite...come on SPAR take responsibility and action against this person before it is too late!
