Spar Jubilee Mall has very disgusting service and do not care about customers

Experienced the most shocking behavior at the Spar Jubilee Mall. Went in the morning to buy some urgent groceries after leaving my parcel at the counter. Fortunately as soon as i got to work i remembered that i forgot to take out my parcel and rushed back after work to collect. As soon as i got to Spar and presented my parcel counter card i was treated very badly like a *****. Firstly the people working at the counter did not want to give me my parcel back and referred me to "managers" by the name of gladys and Dikeledi who accused me of being wrong for leaving my parcel even though i explained that it was an error forgetting it and was in a hurry when i left. I explained that i did not loose the parcel card as i had it and they demanded that i pay for the parcel to be handed back or else they will keep it. When i checked there was no notice of penalties of fetching your parcel late, they could not provide a simple explanation of that and still demanded i pay and it was not like i fetched it a day after. This whole experience just seemed ***** and disgusting. It makes you wonder just how many people were ****med and treated horrible by these spar employees. I asked to be provided by the real managers contact details as i did not trust that they were managers but to no help. One is supposed to feel safe and trust that their parcels are well taken care of and not feel like they are handing their goods to *******
