Spar Jubilee mall

I forgot to collect my parcels from the parcel counter this past Saturday. I sent my child to pick them up on Sunday. They told her to pay R20 and she did. I have 3 plastic bags, 2 from Fashion World and 1 from Pep. The items from Fishing World were mixed together, and when we checked, 2 jerseys were missing. I thought my things would be safe at the shop. Please advise.
