spar john ross house durban

spar john ross house doesn't own up to the trading hours ,on top of that there stuff are extremely rude .this evening I went there at 20h45 while there closing time is 21h00 wae in need of pain block and there were close the security that was at the door open and he told me that all the cashers were at the back cashing up ,while I was still listing to his explanation he just close the door into my face without even saying sorry for inconvenience. Dont under why there misleading us consumers about trading hours if there not going to ownup to them
