Spar is poising us

On Sunday 23/08/15 , my pregnant wife was craving cup cakes so we went to hattons spar in pinetown only to find a packet of cup cakes that look like they have been sitting there for weeks with mold. Does spar have any standards when it comes to food, any rules that govern how food is supp**** to us the customers. I found this to be extremly anoying because i buy food there all the time. When i told the manager he did not see this as much of an issue and simply took the cakes away and moved on to what he was doing, this means this might be common. Really dissapointed!
