Spar is pathetic

I went to Spar Florida junction used the last cash I had for the month to buy a few things including Spar milk... Just to get home to find that both boxes of long life milk are off. So I contact customer care... Only to be advised that they will investigate and send me a voucher via post which I will receive within 4-6 weeks... How pathetic is that? In the meantime I just need to live without milk not being able to make my kids breakfast in the morning until I get paid... I will NEVER by anything from Spar again
