Spar is killing us and ********

Right now I am outside Spar Berlin (Ntabozuko) in the EC Province. I bought 3 Ace baby100gr poridge and I found dirty piece that looks like black and greenish. I was already in Ndevana at the time where I reside. I drove back to the shop with a bowl I poured the poridge in. I was assisted by a lady named Kossie who took me to the person who never introduced himself to me. A white man. He told me to get refund. I asked what will happen to the petrol I wasted from Ndevana to the shop and back he said tiger brand will sort that one out they will give tiger brand my details. How do I go to tigerbrand when I am their customer? Are they mot the ones who should be sorting me out and removing the product from the shelves because someone else will get the problem as well until it is tested that it is safe. My 7 months old baby puked in the car. I am not happy
