SPAR: *******ION - SELLING **** / DEGRADED / FALSE PRODUCTS, DISGUISED AS GOOD PRODUCTS. "CEREAL: Triple Chocolate Granola" but no chocolate chips, and tastes like a dead rat!!!

I used to purchase: SPAR TRIPLR CHOCOLATE GRANOLA cereal in 1KG packs, with its good tasting, consistent, large chunks and lots of chocolate chips. But NO!! After going to SPAR in Pretoria East, I purchased this cereal and left for Hoedspruit, the following morning I decided to buy more groceries and bought another pack of the same cereal BECAUSE I'm going to a game reserve! But this morning, when opening the cereal, it was disgusting!!! And then I opened the second pack, and it was exactly the same.

The cereal has been deliberately ****D, DEGRADED, MADE CHEAPER / WORTHLESS by SPAR on purpose and DELIBERATELY removed 100% of the Chocolate Chips "No chocolate chips as described on the box / packaging!!! No doubt about it. Another "ONLY IN AFRICA!!!" Situation!!! SPAR has deliberately changed this cereal which cost me a lot of money! And also cost me effort, and time to buy this ****!!!

NO 1: The cereal tastes like DOG ****!!! With a very bad after taste of burnt oats, a sour rotten taste.

NO 2: There are no chunks, nothing decent in texture or good feel to chew, in comparison to what I remember it to be like. But now it's awful to even attempt to chew it. Completely inconsistent and many of the pieces are too tough to chew.

NO 3: Many of the oats have become white from mold, you can clearly see it's become rotten! - THERE ARE NO CHOCOLATE CHIPS!!! NOTHING IN BOTH PACKS!!

NP 4: It says on the 1 KG pack that there MUST BE A ½ A CUP OF WHITE AND BROWN CHOCOLATE CHIPS IN THE CEREAL PACK, but.. there is NOTHING in both packs!!

This is a very CLEAR demonstration and example of a product that has been changed "TURNED INTO A CHEAP **** PRODUCT" made cheaper, by removing the chocolate chips and having the cereal replaced with a low quality **** tasting AWFUL texture and ROTTEN, DISGUSTING cereal!!

All because of *******ION!!! I 100% FULLY ACCUSE SPAR OF *******ION!!! SPAR IS A *******ED BRAND AND STORE THAT WILL DO ANYTHING TO CUT DOWN ON PRICES ON PRODUCTION ON THEIR OWN SPAR BRAND MADE AND PACKAGED PRODUCTS, IN ORDER TO MAKE HIGHER PROFITS BY SELLING "*******" TO THE PUBLIC!!!

LITERALLY SELLING ******* AT A HIGHER PRICE!!!

MANIPULATING CUSTOMERS, LYING TO EVERYONE, becthe pack says and the picture shows something entirely different from what you are actually receiving!! A complete lie, manipulating the entire public of South Africa and pocketing the money!! *******S!!!

HOW DARE SPAR SELL THIS AWFUL CEREAL ABD LIE ABOUT IT!! It's just like I open a massive brand food store in South Africa, and selling suger poison labeled as 100% dark chocolate, at a very high prices.. lying to the public and manipulating people to buy it.

It is a CRIME to sell false products and label it as genuine. It is *******ion and theft!!

I took videos of everything, explaining what it's supposed to be made of, how it's supposed to look like and showing the cereal in detail of how disgusting it is!!

I DEMAND ANSWERS!!!! WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS? I AM GOINV TO EXPOSE THIS ON YOUTUBE AND SHOW IT TO THE ENTIRE WORLD!!! EVERTONE WILL KNOW ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND ON YOUTUBE, THAT SPAR IS ANITHER ******* MONEY MAKING COMPANY WHO LIES AND MANIPULATES CUSTOMERS COUNTRYWIDE, SELLING FALSE PRODUCTS, LABELLED AS GENUINE PRIDUCTS.

IT IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! ********S!!!
