Spar Instant money voucher

Frastrating!!!!! I went to spar on the 6th December and did a Instant Money transfer. I was told I will receive a sms and only got the sms 3 hours later. The receiver called me the next morning to say that the voucher is invalid and could not withdraw the money. I went back to Spar on the 8th and they logged the call and was looking into this situation but the voucher showed invalid on their system too. The receiver called standard bank and they advise that there was never a payment made they cannot find that voucher number on their system. I went back today and they are offline and the manager said I just need to wait there is nothing she can do. I spent my whole day in the store yesterday and I will not leave until its sorted. The receiver also need the money asap.
